Shipping policy
We strive to provide the best shipping service for our customers, but currently only offer shipping within the United States and Canada. Please note that shipping policies differ between the US and Canada.
1. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
a) Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days
b) Standard Shipping: 3-8 Business Days
*Applies to both the US and Canada.
2. Order Delivery Methods
For US customers:
1) Standard Delivery: Free for most products and regions.*Only free for the US.
2) Express delivery: Customers who require express delivery will incur an additional fee (varies based on the specific delivery location).*Only for certain regions.
3) LTL Pallet Delivery: Currently only available in select areas of the US. Please refer to "Rule 4" below for details.
For Canadian customers:
To optimize the shopping experience, we've expanded our local Canadian warehouse to stock popular products (listed below). Customers purchasing the following products will be charged a local delivery fee, which varies depending on the delivery location provided.
1) 1500°F Portable Infrared Steak Oven with Pizza Stone, Stainless Steel - 16"
2) 12-inch Wood Pellet Pizza Oven, Black and Silver
3) 12-inch Pellet and Electric Pizza Oven
3. We currently do not ship to the following areas:
Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palu, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.
Please note we are unable to deliver to PO BOX, military or protected areas. If you have special delivery requirements in the above areas, please contact us. Thank you for your understanding.
4. LTL Pallet Shipment will be used for Big Horn Prime® Series products.
For LTL Pallet Shipment, Call-Before-Delivery is strictly enabled. Customers that receiving this channel should pay attention to delivery messages during estimated delivery date.*This channel is currently only available to customers in the United States.
