Great pizza oven for the price very convenient that you can turn off the top heat if your toppings are starting to burn very easy to use Pizza Stone good quality. I have used mine at least three times this week. Love that you’re able to use indoors in the air-conditioning, especially being in Florida. Doesn’t heat up your kitchen either. LOVE IT

Pleased with my purchase. Between the sale price plus additional coupon code, I could not pass this up. Turned out to be a good purchase! Not only does this cook pizza well, it is great for baguettes and focaccia. Just don't make the baguettes too large around or they may rise too big to get them out of the oven without scarring them.

I’m still experimenting with dough recipes but my results have been very positive. The controller for the upper and lower heating elements accurately maintain the specified temperatures. The heating element pattern is very efficient in spreading the heat evenly. To date I have only used the manual settings and I have had excellent results. I have two other ovens along with a conventional oven with a baking steel. I have been making pizza for over 50 years including a few years owning a pizzeria, so I’m not a novice.
