Indoor cooking requires an appliance specifically listed and instructed for indoor use. Do not operate a pellet, wood, charcoal or outdoor gas oven indoors, in a tent, or in a garage. An indoor electric model still needs its stated clearances and airflow. Measure with the door open, include the cord bend and leave access to controls. Do not use a power strip to create capacity. If the manual requires a dedicated circuit, a strip or heavier extension cord does not substitute. Multiply weight by score. Treat any failure in approved location, safe utility supply or required clearance as a no-go regardless of total. Optional modes should not compensate for an installation problem.
Plan the First Three Cooks as Tests
