We finally fired up this BIG HORN 2-in-1 Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven, and I have to say… I’m impressed! 😍 It was incredibly easy to put together (literally just a few minutes), heated up FAST, and had us making homemade pizzas in no time. Here’s what stood out to me: 🔥 Reaches up to 1112°F for that authentic wood-fired flavor. 🍕 Comes with a 16-inch pizza stone that’s perfect for family pizza nights. ⏱️ Preheats quickly and cooks pizzas in about 60–90 seconds once it’s up to temperature. 🌳 You can use wood pellets for that classic smoky taste, or add the gas burner attachment (sold separately) if you want the convenience of propane. The first pizza definitely wasn’t perfect (that’s part of the fun 😂), but by the second one we were getting that crispy crust with bubbly, melty cheese. I can already tell this is going to be used a LOT! If you’re looking for something fun for family nights, camping, cookouts, or entertaining friends, I’d definitely recommend checking this one out.

Big Horn Pizza Oven arrived quickly, packaged well, no damage, easy to set up and easy to use. It cooked pizzas very fast, thin crust in about two minutes. Thicker crust took a bit longer. There is a learning curve to getting the crust right and the toppings cooked and not too charred but my fourth pizza was perfection. It will be the star of our next backyard party. It is easy to refill the pellets and get the temperature back up to where you want it. I throw an annual pizza party and one year killed my kitchen oven after 8 hours. The next year I used the Big Green Egg and it worked well until it ran out of lump coal and took too long to heat up again. I think this year will be the best thanks to the Big Horn pellet pizza oven.

One of our best investments for at home use/entertaining ever. Always talked about how much fun it would be to do real home fired pizza, but didn’t want to spend gobs of money incase it wasn’t a hit. Found the Bighorn and price point was the initial seller- upon getting it put together, i was impressed from the start. Beware-It absolutely has a learning curve on both the lighting and heat management. But plan your night to start the fire early, burn at least a full basket of pellets + 2 scoops (scoop provided in kit) and the ash layer created acts as a choke to regulate the fire. It burns hot and cooks fast, i average less than 1.5-2 mins for a 10-12 pie- but it is the talk of the evening whenever it is used and a few friends have even purchased their own. I initially thought this would be the “starter” oven, quite frankly we like it so much that I’ll either buy the 16” version or purchase another of the 12” from BigHorn for double the fun. 9.5/10- for the sole reason of learning curve and lighting time. AMAZING product that i will continue to recommend to anyone who asks.

I was debating three stars for this Bighorn 12” Multifuel Pizza oven, but it does a great job “cooking” pizza. Very easy to cook once you pass a small learning curve. Here is what is not so good. The door handle is attached with rivets and there is no way to tighten it. During my first time cooking the door spun upside down in my hand after it got hot. Extremely annoying. This can be remedied with an oven mitt but that’s not easy either if you’re holding a pizza peel in the other hand with a pizza on it. Poor design with the rivets. Cooking is good, functionality is low.

Ok. First pizza I burned so bad got pissed, and threw it to the wildlife. Second pizza days later after cleaning / burning off that mess, I almost nailed a perfect pizza. This thing gets insanely hot. Do not walk away. Your pizza requires multiple turnings, and will be done in probably under a minute under wood pellets. I am going to try propane next, therefore with propane I can control the temp, and maybe go for NY style pizza too. Anyways this thing is great for the price if you learn how to use it.

This is really a novelty oven. Does it work? Yeah, but it’s incredibly difficult to light the pellets. It took me 5 minutes with a propane torch directly on the pellets before it would sustain itself. After that it was incredibly difficult to maintain a temperature. My wife ended up buying the electric conversion kit for it. Making it the same dang thing as the oven inside the house. The idea of a budget friendly wood fired pizza oven is tempting, but you really gotta work for it to be successful. I cannot fathom how anyone could light this thing with just a lighter.

Arrived on time in efficient packaging and was easy to assemble. Use is quite easy if you follow the instructions, so second time you try to use it, do have a careful look at the manual. The design for heatflow is not optimal so things burn easily on the top while is left uncooked. Heat is strongest just under the chimney (air outtake). While the air obviously gets hot very quickly the stone does not (and never sufficiently hot), so run it min 30 minutes (at least 2 pellet refills) before baking any pizzas... you may also help the process if you bake the pizza without the cheese topping first (60 secs) and then only add it for the last 30 - 45 secs. All said, there are better options

★★★★☆ Tasty pizza, fun oven — just takes some practice Really happy with this little wood pellet pizza oven! It heats up fast and makes delicious, crispy pizzas with that great wood-fired flavor. The size is perfect for backyard use, and it’s fairly easy to set up and move around. Pros: Heats up quickly (super hot!) Compact and portable Wood-fired taste is awesome Great price for what you get Cons: Bit of a learning curve — need to turn the pizza often Pellet feeding takes some attention Cooking area is small (12") Temp can be hard to control at first Once you get the hang of it, it's a blast to use. Great for pizza nights with friends or family. Would recommend!

12" Wood Pellet Pizza Oven, Compatible with Gas Burner and Electric Heater Accessories (Sold Separately)

Had my Bighorn pizza oven for a full year now and it still performs great. No regrets at all, it holds its own against my friend's Ooni and turns out fantastic pizzas once you get the hang of it. Fair warning though: my first few were burnt because I had no idea how fast this thing cooks. Two minutes and you're done, so don't walk away! A few things worth knowing/ minor issues before you buy: - The pellet feeder is on the small side and this oven eats through pellets quickly, so expect to top it up often during a cook session - The door is a real struggle to get on and off fast, which matters when you're trying to load and rotate quickly - Cold weather is its weak spot , this oven is not built for fighting the elements. Stick to warmer days for the best experience - It flows much better with two people. One to manage the fire and one to handle the pizza. Totally doable solo, just a bit more hectic Use an infrared temp gun and aim for 500°F+ on the stone before you launch your first pie, that alone will save you from the burned pizza learning curve. Great backyard oven at a fraction of the price of the big name brands. Highly recommend.
