Try honoring your warranties! This was purchased through a third party. Your propaganda claims a two year warranty if bought from you and a one year warranty if purchased from a third party. I contacted your organization and they said " You bought it at Amazon get your refund from them" They don't warranty your defective crap against manufacturers defects! I was given this as a birthday present in May and it was rusted out by July! If your company is going to lie and shirk your warranty obligations you have an enemy for life! Please stop peddling your crap!
Very pleased with my purchase so far! Easy to assemble, and get started. I've done 4 pizzas with it so far and they turned out really well.
There is a bit of a learning curve in getting the temp where you want it, but all in all it's quicker to preheat and easier to clean than my electric pizza oven!
It's pretty awesome. You have to be very mindful and use a temp gauge, but it's a quick learn on making good pies. In high sight I should have upgraded to gas. Either way it was worth it and I'm enjoying it.
This is a great pizza oven, especially for the price! It took a bit of practice to perfect the heat, how to keep the hopper full without smothering the flame, how often to turn the pizza while baking, etc. But Youtube was very helpful in that regard. Overall I have been very happy with the over so far! 10 pizza in (including a dessert pizza) and am loving it.
It arrived on time. Assemble was super easy. I also ordered propane unit for it. I see to install that you have to remove 3 rivets. I haven't used it yet. Got to get pellets first.
It is hard to get a 12” paddle had to use a smaller one to turn it and then it flipped to n one side when I was trying to use the turning paddle to get it out. The top got burnt also because it took so long to get out. And the door is hard to get back once it heats up.
Probably would not have bought had I actually seen a video of someone using start to finish
This worked amazing! First time user and it was easy to operate. We made 8 pizzas our first run and they were awesome. I told friends about these and I know for a fact they ordered one!
Very good for the money. For me it’s a good way to get practical experience and confirm what features I’m really looking for in a larger, high-end, permanent, outdoor, wood fired oven. A little difficult to keep temperature up long enough to heat the stone sufficiently given the small firebox but it does do a decent job if you stay on top of your fire. Overall I’d recommend as a starter outdoor wood fired oven.
The heat wasn’t easy to regulate. The first pizza came out not cooked on bottom and then the next 4 after that we couldn’t get it to stop burning the bottom. So, With this product, there is a 30 day back guarantee. I would like to send it back.
Clearance price made me jump.on this deal but it would me c worth full price! Great outdoor pizza/flame broiler. I'll be adding to the pellet option since it offers gas and electric options to use outdoors anywhere.
We received our pizza oven and opened it up the next night. Easy set and easy to use! We were making pizzas right away. We followed the directions for start up and found that the corner of the pizza stone chipped which was kind of shocking. All in all we will be purchasing additional accessories very soon! A must have for the fall football season.
great as entry level pizza making. entry level oven that does the job. takes about a cup of pellet to heat up to 350 in 20 min or less, then about the same per thin pizza. char above is strong, bottom is well baked. I'm gonna play with it while and probably upgrade some day to different fuel or a combo fuel. happy baking!
